What the Heck is a Pulsating Matrix... Woo Hoo!!!

He Said Pulsating.... Well the ad caught my eye, so I decided to click on it... and what to my wonderous eyes should appear? He took a 3x7 matrix and let it run normal for five days... Then He turned the matrix UPSIDE DOWN... so the newest members got to sit at the top for 5 days... Then he put all the Loyal members who have been in for a while and have not made much money, and put them at the top for 5 days... Then he started the cycle all over again.. I don't know about you, but this guy is off the Hook... (Genious) On Top of that, Everybody gets a piece of software that he created for Skype, to help them get leads..... Wow....
